* In order to be eligible for bonus, referral must not be a current McGrath Systems Client and we must make a successful placement within 3 months of receiving referral. Bonus will be paid once McGrath Systems receives payment for services rendered.
** In order to be eligible for bonus, person referred must not be a candidate in McGrath Systems database at the time of the referral. McGrath Systems must place candidate within 60 days of receiving referral. Bonus will be paid after candidate completes 90 days of continuous full time employment for McGrath Systems.
***McGrath Systems reserves the right to change the Referral Program at anytime during this process relative to the type of work, position, skill set, and location of the placement.
