Founder, Mike Wiley began McGrath Systems in 2005. Working from his basement at first, he broke into the technical and professional market; placing engineers and developers with local Philadelphia clients. Over the next few years, the business grew rapidly, expanding throughout the Mid-Atlantic and into Austin and Houston, TX, Kansas City, MO and now nationwide.
By 2007, McGrath was recognized as a top provider of staffing & recruiting services in the Greater Philadelphia Area. We have since gone on to win many awards.
